Periods of stress: 2 tablets in the morning.
More intense stress (exams, overwork...): 3 tablets a day (2 in the morning and 1 at lunchtime).

Take with a large glass of water.
Do not take after 5 p.m.

Not recommended during pregnancy and breast-feeding in the absence of sufficient data.
If you are taking anticoagulants, ask your doctor for advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
