Oral use. From age 18.

1 capsule a day, to be taken with the evening meal and a large glass of water.

Not to be used during pregnancy or breast-feeding, by children under 18, or by people over 70.

Do not use if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice, or if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication.

Seek medical advice on the use of this product if you have any health problems.

Do not take more than 3 mg of monacolines per day.

A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Keep out of reach of young children.

Store away from light, heat and moisture

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, for children under 18, or for people over 70.
Do not use if you have liver, kidney or muscle problems, or if you are intolerant to statins.
Do not use if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice, or if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication.
If in doubt, or if you have any health problems, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this product.
Daily intake should not lead to the ingestion of 3 mg monacolines or more.
