Specific References

Plaster: apply clay directly to the skin in a 1 to 2 cm thick layer, leave on for 1 to 2 hours maximum.
Cataplasm: place clay paste 2 cm thick in the center of a cloth, fold over the 4 corners of the cloth and apply directly to the desired area.
In both cases, remove as much clay as possible and rinse with lukewarm water. Do not allow clay to dry.
Mask: apply a thick layer, leave on for 10 minutes. Do not allow clay to dry. Rinse with lukewarm water. Wipe skin dry.
