Take 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water.

Dry extract of rhubarb root (Rheum palmatum) 4/1 titrated to 5% hydroxyanthracenic derivatives (rhein); dry extract of tamarind fruit pulp (Tamarindus indica) 4/1; dry extract of fig fruit (Ficus carica) 2/1 ; fructo-oligosaccharide powder; dried psyllium seed extract (Plantago arenaria) 10/1; microencapsulated ginger rhizome essential oil (Zingiber officinalis); microencapsulated coriander leaf essential oil (Coriandrum sativum); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vegetarian capsule (cellulose derivative).

Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. This product is not recommended for children under 12, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
