Before exercise: To prevent overheating, apply a first layer to rubbing areas (feet, groin, crotch, armpits, nipples, shoulders) and rub in. Then apply a second coat without rubbing in.

Preparing for an event: 4 weeks before the event, apply daily to the whole foot to strengthen the epidermis and restore the skin's elasticity and suppleness.
