Make sure your braces are clean and your palate is wet.
Use the precision tip to apply the fixative cream in 3 points on your braces.
Put the appliance back in your mouth, holding it firmly for a few seconds.
Wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking. Adjust the quantity to suit your needs.
