Bayer Advantix Small Dog 4 to 10 kg is a pest control product that prevents and treats flea, tick, mosquito and sandfly infestations.

Fleas are killed within 24 hours of treatment. A single treatment prevents flea reinfestation for 4 weeks. The product can be integrated into a therapeutic program for Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD).
The product has acaricidal repellent efficacy, persisting for 4 weeks (Rhipicaphalus Sanguineus, Ixodes Ricinus) and 3 weeks (Derlacentor Reticulatis). Ticks already present on the dog at the time of treatment may not be killed during the 2 days following treatment, and may remain attached and visible. It is therefore advisable to remove any ticks present at the time of treatment, to prevent them from attaching and taking a blood meal.
A single treatment provides repellent (anti-gorging) activity against sandflies for 2 to 3 weeks, against mosquitoes for 2 to 4 weeks, and against stable flies for 4 weeks.

Do not administer to cats, puppies under 7 weeks of age or dogs weighing less than 1.5 kg.
Allergy to one of the ingredients.

Detach a pipette and hold it in an upright position.
Open the pipette by unscrewing the cap. Use the cap upside down to screw and perforate the pipette orifice.
Part the animal's hair at the base of the neck until the skin is visible. Place the tip on the skin and press firmly several times to empty the contents directly onto the skin.

Application at the base of the neck prevents licking. Ensure that animals do not lick each other after treatment. Hyper-salivation may occur, but is temporary and not serious.

imidaclopride 100 mg, permethrin 500 mg, butylhydroxytoluene (E 321) 0.4 mg, excipient qsp 1 ml.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during use.
Wash hands after each use.
