To respect the level of protection indicated by the "sun protection factor", you need to apply a layer of 2 mg/cm² of skin, which corresponds to around 36 grams of sun cream for the face and neck. Do not expose yourself to the sun during the hottest hours, i.e. from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.

Apply frequently and generously to the area to be protected.

Before exposure to the sun, apply generously to the skin and reapply regularly, especially after bathing or perspiring.

Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after bathing, toweling off or perspiring.

Avoid exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Use protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.). Don't stay in the sun for too long, even if you're using a sunscreen. Too much sun is dangerous.
