For external use only.

- USE ONLY UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION.

- Do not use on children under 24 months or on children with fragile skin.

- CAUTION: THE MEDICAL DEVICE IS NOT A TOY.

- Do not pierce. Do not use if cushion is damaged. Do not ingest. Do not put in mouth.

- Never apply directly to the skin, hot or cold: before applying, insert the cushion into the protective cover supplied, and apply the side entirely covered by the cover to the skin.

- Do not apply to damaged, healing or irritated skin (eczema, etc.).

- Do not use with topical analgesics and/or anesthetics (such as creams, balms, lotions, liniments, etc.).

- Do not exert strong pressure on the cushion when using it.

- Consult a physician to determine the most effective hot or cold application.

- In the event of intolerance to cold or heat, discontinue treatment.

- In case of infection, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, cardiovascular and circulatory problems, abdominal pathologies, consult a doctor before using this product.

- Ask a doctor or pharmacist for advice if you are taking medication.

- If microbeads are swallowed: call a poison control center or doctor.

- Do not use for purposes other than those for which it is intended.

HOT (thermotherapy):

Heating with hot water:

- Heat water in a container until it simmers (enough to cover the cushion), then remove the container from the heat source.

- Immerse the thermal cushion in hot water, without its cover, for no more than 30 seconds.

- Carefully remove the cushion from the water, without using sharp utensils, and wipe dry with a towel.

- Check cushion for leaks.

- Knead the microbeads with your hands to distribute the heat evenly, then insert the cushion into its cover.

- Apply the side of the product completely covered by the cover to the painful area for around 20 to 30 minutes.

Caution: Do not heat in a microwave oven, conventional oven or grill. Never

immediately reheat an ACTIPOCHE thermal pad from the refrigerator.

COLD (cryotherapy):

- Place the cushion without its cover in the refrigerator for approximately 7 hours.

- Insert the pad in its cover and apply to the painful area for a maximum of 20 minutes.

You can also keep the pad permanently refrigerated for immediate use. DO NOT CHILL OR FREEZE.
