Cooper Actipoche Chaud/Froid cervicales et traèzes poche thermique 24 cm x 40 cmis a thermal cushion designed to provide rapid pain relief, either hot, using the principle of thermotherapy, or cold, using the process of cryotherapy, in a natural, drug-free way.
This thermal cushion uses two processes to soothe pain and provide a feeling of comfort. Under the effect of heat, blood circulation is activated to improve tissue elasticity and regeneration, and relieve muscular tension. It promotes the relaxation of tissues and muscles. Under the effect of cold, blood vessels retract and then dilate, resulting in altered blood flow and oxygenation of tissues, and anesthetizing skin receptors.
Actipoche Chaud/Froid cervicales et traèzes can be placed in the microwave or refrigerator, and inserted into its special cover to be applied to the painful area.
Its shape is specially designed to fit the cervical and trapezius areas.
This easy-to-use, economical thermal cushion soothes muscle and joint pain for the whole family.

How to use:

Cold: Place the pouch without its cover in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or for 50 minutes in the freezer. Insert the pouch in its cover and apply to the painful area for a maximum of 20 minutes. You can also store the pouch permanently in the fridge for immediate use. Do not store the pouch in the freezer.

Hot, in the microwave: Place the folded pouch in half, without its cover, in the center of the microwave oven. Set the oven to 1000W maximum and heat for at least 20 seconds. Remove the pouch from the oven and knead it with your hands to distribute the temperature evenly. Repeat the operation until the desired temperature is reached, without exceeding a total heating time of 105 seconds (or 1 minute 45 seconds).

Hot, with hot water: Heat water in a container until simmering, then remove the container from the heat source. Immerse the pouch in hot water, without its cover, for up to 1 minute. Remove the bag from the water. Check the pouch for leaks and insert it into its cover. Knead the gel with your hands to distribute the heat evenly. Apply the pouch in its cover to the painful area for around 20-30 minutes.

Never heat in a conventional oven or grill. Never immediately reheat an ACTIPOCHE thermal pouch removed from the freezer.

Gel based on Glycerine, Propylene glycol, Carboxymethylcellulose, Mixture of isothiazolines, Dye, Water.

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not pierce. Do not use if pouch is damaged. Do not ingest. Never apply directly to the skin, hot or cold: before use, insert the pouch into the protective cover provided. Do not apply to damaged skin. Do not use with analgesics and/or anesthetics (such as creams, balms, lotions, liniments, etc.). Do not apply strong pressure to the pouch. If you have diabetes or vascular or circulatory problems, consult a doctor before using this product. Do not use the cold mode if you are hypersensitive to cold. If hot or cold use becomes uncomfortable, remove the pouch. Consult your doctor to determine the most effective hot or cold application.
